The Life Safety Alarm Monitoring Request e-form notifies UW Madison personnel including but not limited to DDC, UWPD, and EH&S there is a campus project that will affect reporting/monitoring of a campus life safety system, UWPD dispatch monitoring and/or both.
Submittal of a Life Safety Alarm Monitoring Request e-form ensures DDC, UWPD and EH&S are aware and involved in the planning, testing and acceptance of any modifications to reporting/monitoring of a campus life safety system.
To ensure proper service, please:
