Content in this online course offers an introduction to the UW Madison EHS Department and an overview of occupational health and safety topics including animal contact safety, zoonoses, physical hazards, sharps, ergonomics, hazards associated with a farm setting, and personal protective equipment.
Notes:
If you have not already, you will also need to complete training with the Research Animal Resources Center (RARC) and the Animal Contact Risk Questionnaire with EHS Occupational Medicine.
