Do you need to prove that training actually happened? Document it! One thing we routinely come across during lab visits is that biological safety training may have occurred, but there is no proof that it actually happened. We now have a solution to offer you: a Biosafety Training Document Template that you can use and modify to capture biosafety trainings that have occurred.

The template is a Word document that you can download and modify to fit your lab’s needs, and can be found on the Forms page under Biosafety.

There is also a guidance document to assist you in completing the template. Feel free to reach out to the Office of Biological Safety (OBS) with any questions: biosafety@fpm.wisc.edu.
